Privacy Policy

The Society for Imaging Informatics in Medicine (SIIM) is committed to protecting your privacy and will collect no personal information from you unless you choose to provide that information.

If you purchase a SIIM product online, we collect personal information required to support the purchase of products, including names, addresses, and email addresses. When existing demographic information in our database is incorrect or incomplete, that information will be updated. SIIM only shares your personal information when necessary to complete your order (e.g., your credit card and billing information is shared with our bank for authorization, and your delivery address is shared with our fulfillment center and shipper). The fulfillment center uses your email address to send you an order confirmation and to alert you to any changes in the availability of the items you ordered. SIIM sends emails to communicate with you about SIIM activities and news in the imaging information community, but we do not sell email addresses to third parties.

SIIM, like most associations, does provide your mailing address information to other organization. If you do not wish SIIM to provide this information to others, you may opt out by notifying the SIIM Membership Services Department at 703-723-0432 x315 or info@siimweb.org.
